Our aestheticians work with a small glass hand piece that will be placed directly on the skin. This glass piece emits an IPL wavelength that is absorbed only by affected pigment. The pigment is then shattered, sealing off the small blood vessels. In the weeks following treatment, your body will absorb the fragmented pigment so you are left with little trace of the age spot.
