Nilay Shah, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Shah serves as the Medical Director of the Holistic Med Spa & Laser in Mt. Kisco, NY. He helps patients find their inner beauty through a holistic medical practice at Integrated Medicine of Mt. Kisco, a holistic medical practice located on site. His aesthetic practice enhances outer beauty through the use of fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane as well as Botox and Dysport. Dr. Shah has been working with Botox for over 10 years, and had been teaching other physicians techniques in the use of Botox and fillers for use in their own spas for the last three years. Dr. Shah was also recently named "Top Doc" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys bicycling, skiing, swimming, SCUBA diving when he gets a chance, and travel, having visited over 60 countries on every continent.

Amarpreet Singh, MD, Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Amarpreet Singh is considered an expert in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, having performed close to 8,000 procedures over the past 6 years on the face alone. Dr. Singh is one of the select few surgeons worldwide whom has trained in not only plastic surgery around the eyes, but is also a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His training blends the best techniques from General Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Eyelid Plastic Surgery as well as Liposuction Surgery. This allows him to fully evaluate each patient using a holistic approach and to tailor a custom plan for you.

Phyllis began her career in the medical field 18 years ago when she worked as a Nursing Assistant. In recent years, Phyllis has gained experience and been employed in spa management as well as marketing. She is certified in Laser Hair Removal, Photo Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening, and Laser Vein Treatments. In addition to laser treatments, Phyllis performs Microdermabrasions, Customized Facials and Medical Grade Chemical Peels to prevent and correct the signs of aging, acne and sun-damage.
